We spent3 terrible days at the Hilo Hawaii Nanolia Hilton, On April 3 and 4th we reserved a hadicapped room with two beds as I had outpatient surgery on the afternoon of April 3rd. We were placed on the 9tgh floor with no handicapped provisions. We asked to be moved to a lower floor as there had been an earthquake the morning of the 4th and we ere moved to the 2sd floor room. When we woke in the morning, there were flying termites coming out of the wall. We reported it to the front desk. I wish there was more room to finish telling you my story thxs Tom
