Dear Mr. Nassetta, My son has been receiving treatments and a transplant at the Cleveland Clinic. With Hope Lodge being closed due to the pandemic and the transplant being full he and his wife needed to stay in a Hilton Hotel in order to be within the required distance from the hospital. If something went wrong within the two week stay time and distance to the hospital were crucial. My husband and I often stay at a Hilton/chain hotel. I was very disappointed that for the amount of time they needed to stay and the circumstances that they got a very small discount.
