I recently stayed at one of your Embassy.
I hate to say it was the worst stay I have had at a Hilton property.
I expressed all of my concerns but the response was not what I would expect from a Hilton brand.
There was a lot of going back and forth with Texts and emails.
these were the problems I had while there on the 10th floor of premium room: Put in wrong room,toothpaste on bathroom wall,filthy chair,shower head being held up with rubberband,hot tub not working but still in use that is a health issue, phone not working in room,rude breakfast workers ,and room never serviced.
Guest Assistance File# 25892041. It is really a lot in this file and you can see how it was handled.
I talked to a gentleman Dee Gordon who said he was one of the managers at Ruth's Chris, I showed him all the text, he did not read them, but he said it should not have gone that far and with no real apology just excuses.
I've worked in customer service most of my life and I would never let anything go this far.
Just started working in travel and this is what I come across.
I really do not think this hotel deserves to carry the Embassy Hilton name.
