To Christopher Nessetta. I recently stayed at the Hilton Riverside in New Orleans. I was charged twice on my bank account. They returned the money to a different account with a member that was staying I. The Suite Room 6 on the 29th floor. I called to get it corrected and they said it's nothing they can do and to reach out to the other member. Also I booked for three nights and stayed two. Hilton is refusing to credit me for that unused night which is 225.00 plus 34.99 tax. I called the hotel minutes ago at 1045am and requested an email or number to Corporate however the people working Hilton had no earthly idea where to find the number or email. The people had no earthly idea that you are the CEO of all 118 Hotels. My account is now in the negative and your employees response was ," Not our problem" but it started with the double charge. I just want good business sense and the return of my money. This is called stealing. Hilton has stolen from me so far 462.87 charge ,my refundable deposit of 75.00 and a room charge of 225.oo plus 39.45 tax. I'm not understanding how this hotel can have a Mix up on accounts. If it's not their concern ,then whose it? Please investigate and resolve this matter. I need my source of income ,I'm sure the Hilton is not that bad yo where they have to steal my money.
