It was not until yesterday, after more than 30 minutes on the phone, that I was able to finalize my purchase with the help of Petra at Customer Service [press 1, 2, 3, 4 5 etc.] and Keyon Jones at the Hyattsville store. Your prospective and return customers deserve better.
