Mr. Meaner, as a returning customer, it was extremely disconcerting to make three (3) different attempts, on three (3) different days to make a purchase and spend my money at Home Depot. It was not until yesterday, after more than 30 minutes on the phone, that I was able to finalize my purchase with the help of Petra at Customer Service [press 1, 2, 3, 4 5 etc.] and Keyon Jones at the Hyattsville store. Your prospective and return customers deserve better.
