After my flooring was installed it was discovered that the boards are defective. Bamboo flooring is bowed causing hollow spots through out the home. In addition the boards in boxes that were not used are also bowed right out of the box. I have waited 4+ weeks for a resolution and am still not able to get replacement boards for the defective flooring. Not only that the veneer is quite poor and the finish is coming off many areas. This is a poor product and it seems there is no escalation path to get this problem addressed. My order number is wa675798883. - Pam Arena.
