Dear Mr. Menear: I had amaddening experience with your Kingman, AZ store today. It began yesterday when I went to order materials for a renovation of one of my triplex units. I needed 42 boxes of the laminate I selected but only 30 were available in Kingman. The salesman said that 30 were available in Bullhead. I asked him to call the store and place an order for pick-up. He said he couldn't do that and that I would just have to get to Bullhead because that is a separate store. That didn't make sense to me so I asked again and again he refused to cal and said I would have to do that myself. I went to Bullhead to pick up the remaining material and was told they were out. I was mad that I had to travel 25 miles each way and waste my time and money to find they were out. The saleslady told me that the salesman should have called her so that I wouldn't have made an unnecessary trip. I told her he refused. She said there was no reason for his refusal. She apologized but I still left without any materials. Now I can't finish the job. I will have to return the materials I chose and look for another. I promise you that it will not be at home depot.
