Dear Mr. Menear, I recently made a 4 piece appliance purchase at your Stafford VA store. The delivery took place on 8/26/21. I refused to take the refrigerator due to scratches. The delivery person refused to take the new refrigerator back and bring my old one back into the house. After being on the phone with different representatives from Home Depot and the MDO warehouse I was unable to have my refrigerator brought back into my home. I was given numerous reason as to why he couldnât bring it back into my home. After being told by a manager at my local store and a representative at the MOD warehouse he could take the new refrigerator back and bring my refrigerator back in. Unfortunately he did neither. He left while leaving my refrigerator outside to get drenched and now unusable as a thunderstorm arrived to my area. I have sent pictures and videos. To the escalation dept for customer service. I was on the phone with customer service from 9:45AM until approximately 4:45PM. My refrigerator is RUINED. Please help he to get this issue resolved,in addition to paying the depreciated value of my refrigerator that was left in the rain. I am a single mother trying to put my one and only daughter through college during this difficult time.
