The reason I am contacting you is that my experience With this purchase , which began on 7/29/2020 and remains unresolved as of today, 11/13/20 , has been so shockingly bad, that I genuinely would like to share it with you. I have received and endured a customer service experience so poor, that you should be aware of it.
