Dear Mr. Menear,
In good faith, we have been paying Home Depot for flooring they have yet to completely install. We have had to delay putting our house up for sale twice due to multiple errors made by your Home Depot store in Vernon Hills, IL. We have lost time and money due to extremely poor service, and have a house that we can’t sell until your company completes the flooring we are paying for. We have been customers for many years. We have spoken to 4 Assistant Managers (Maurice, David, Robert, John) and the Store Manager, Mike, but none of them have been able to keep their promises to accurately complete the installation of our flooring. As it stands now, we will have to wait more than 30 days for your company to finish an installation they started last month. This is unbelievable and unacceptable! Please help fix this situation! We hope to hear from you soon. We don’t want to put bad comments about your company on the internet, or call our local Chicago market TV network consumer reporters to get your company to deliver the product and service we paid for. We just want our flooring installation completed, so we can have the open house for buyers on Memorial Day weekend. In good faith, please do all you can to make this happen!!
