Dear Sir, I write for because I have a disabled wife at home and my home depot installed a door that won't lock I purchased a patio door for install and after the pro installed it he found it was missing the locks. The store manager is giving me plate to cover the openings but if there's a fire how can my wife get out in time?
The manufacturer is jeld wen and they state the the lock wont be available for 10 days.So how can I keep my wife safe??
Please try and push Jeld Wen to get us the lockset ASAP
