Dear Sir,
On April 28th, I placed an order for Veranda ArmorGuard (coastal cedar-the store did not have this in stock). The order # is WD15997676. The attendant printed the receipt for me ( I have it in front of me). The available date was 5/17-5/22. So I've been waiting for a call to tell me my product has arrived. My son called to check on the status today and was told the order was canceled because the credit card did not go through. I was not told this while I was in the store nor did I receive a phone call at any time stating that my credit card did not go through. As a matter of fact after I placed this order, I purchased all of the other components for my deck (which are taking up a lot of room in my garage waiting for the decking). I don't understand how I can have an order confirmation showing the last 4 digits of my credit card that is in effect a receipt. In most stores the receipt does not print if the credit card does not go through. Clearly I'm very upset right now. I now have to go back to the store to order this again. I would personally like to return all of the other items that I bought for this deck and buy the product elsewhere but I see that there are restocking fees. I don't believe this a nice way to treat customers.
Thank you for your time.
