I am losing faith in your organization at a rapid pace. After a seventeen week delay of a fencing install, I contacted your customer service department and my case was assignned to Resolution Expediter Jacqueline Majors, Initially her assistance was thorough and greatly appreciated. However, today, when the installer had not contacted me by the agreed upon time, I tried to contact Jacquiline as she had instructed, only to find her voice mailbox to be full and unable to accept new messages.
I rated Jacquiline very highly on the survey, of her performance that was emailed to me, If I had the ability to complete the survey again, It would be a much lower score due to the inability to contact her when additional assistance is needed.
After calling your customer support line, and waiting for assistance again, my fencing install is now scheduled for Monday, June 25, but I am not too confident it will take place!
