Good afternoon,
I just completed a virtual conversation with one of your CS reps regarding price matching. At a glance, your companyâs online page referring to price matching is a false connotation. In bold letters your page states âNOBODY BEATS OUR PRICESâ. And your printed Low Price Guarantee information fails to mention there is much more than the stated material required. No where does it state a company providing appliances through Amazon is NOT permitted as a âPrice matchâ. On the contrary, the customer is not aware of extended circumstances which apply and which will DENY the price matching. Those âspecific requirementsâ, not mentioned on the screen with the BOLD FACED âNO ONE BEATS OUR PRICESâ blows that wording right out of the water. Your page is misleading as well as false advertising. It would be in your companyâs best interest to rewrite the information on this page and INCLUDE the truth, that indeed you can be undersold. Itâs shameful you undermine the intelligence of people who believe the verbiage written. Iâm not dissatisfied, Iâm angry. Iâm angry because your company uses the bait-and-switch fraud technique.
