I realize you have a busy schedule, but I am reaching out because for a month I have been trying to return a table. I just moved into a new condo and I am a first time homebuyer. I have made many purchases at Home Depot to decorate my place. However, I ordered a Monarch dining room table and spent a couple days putting it together only to see it was punctured.
I have purchased another table at Home Depot and still haven't been able to return this ruined table because UPS keeps showing up when I'm working.
I'm a fairly new teacher and working with children and trying to decorate my classroom has been stressful enough on top of having a punctured table in my living room. I make a modest salary and I really need the refund back for this table and want it out of my place.
I feel like I haven't been receiving the help I need which is why I am reaching out to you.
If you can help I would really be thankful.
