I bought a floor model refrigerator at the Temecula home depot. It is defective they didn't test it before selling it. I had to rent a uhaul to pick it up and now might have to rent it again to return. I've been bounced around to several different numbers. And no one is helping.

The actual experience of buying the fridge was also bad. First of all the clerk and I spent 40 mins removing the stickers from th front door. Then when I checked out I asked for some help. After waiting 10 mins (no that's not an exaggeration) some young guy came back and want sure how to move the fridge. Some of the night stickers suggested a pallet jack and they helped put it on the Jack. But when I went to get the uhaul only the young guy was there with the pallet jack. Completely clueless he says the Jack won't makeit up the rack. I had my own dolly on the truck so I pulled it in. Then he asked if I want some twine. I said yes then he looked lost and said do you want me to go get it is over there. So I just went and got it myself.

There other people just standing around talking even the assistant manager Abel was there when I asked for help. But no one came.

Thanks for selling me a bad product and making me go through over the hours of phone calls and as of now I got another number to call.
