I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot an LG. Order number WG14188939. When it was delivered by a man and a woman (this huge refrigerator) they banged up my walls and dented the refrigerator. I called Home depot that same evening then again the next morning. I was promised a replacement. That was in August. I have called and spent at least 20 hours on the phone with Home Depot blaming LG and LG blaming Home Depot. I just want my replacement refrigerator. I am tired of waiting and being yanked around and lied to. I was promised on Friday Oct 3, 2020 that a Tara from 877-946-9843 would contact me and give me a replacement date for delivery. She never called. I am just about ready to go to the local Home Depot with my blow horn and signs. I am sooo disappointed in Home Depot.
