I had a question about purchasing a standby generator and visited a store to ask before placing an order but was told that I needed to contact online services. However, after trying for three days to contact online services and waiting on the line for over an hour each day without able to speak with a customer services rep., it seems I need to take my business to another store. Sad, as I am a loyal Home Depot customer. Although I fully understand the Covid-19 crisis's challenges, this level of customer service is sad to see.
