i have been a customer since i moved to the area in 1992, my husband always shopped there. he passed in 2015 so i have had to shop myself. i recently feb 2018 hired home depot to do my entire upstairs floors. the main area was done to my satisfaction, i only had 125 sq feet left to do the job. i scheduled the remaining floor done on a certain day (i went into the store to schedule) it was never scheduled right and no one came, i rescheduled and the man came said he could not do it because the appliances were not moved, and he was only supposed to do floor only (all this was arranged when i scheduled this on 4/30. never got done. my son came and finished my floor. i bought a washer and dryer, the dryer was not hooked up right (vents) it was crimped and was a fire hazard, i am waiting to get someone to call me back. i have spent thousands of dollars remodeling my home and am very disappointed. i will never use home depot again. and even though i have credit cards, i will travel to Lowes. always enjoyed shopping at home depot but service leaves a lot to be desired and i am so tired of dealing with all this.
