Lori Kay sent a message to Craig Menear that said:
I have had several problems with my order from Home Depot cabinets. First, the Home Depot representative put the wrong size cabinets on the plan. We did not catch it and after putting the cabinets up, realized that they were the wrong size. Because they had been installed, we could not return them. We ordered two new cabinets and a drawer. Next, one of the island drawers did not have the same dimensions as the other drawers. A new drawer front was ordered and delivered. Third, the new drawer that was ordered came with a plain door front instead of the five-piece. It also had to be reordered. And lastly, the Home Depot rep. did not order the island trim for us and we are now awaiting the arrival of that. I was hoping that because of these difficulties, we could return the two original incorrect cabinets for a refund. The cabinet company will not allow this because they were installed. They suggested that I talk with Home Depot. I have talked to the Home Depot designer and she said there is nothing Home Depot can do. Not only am I out the cost of the cabinets, but we have had to wait over a month to continue the installation of our kitchen. I am hoping to hear a response from you.
