@HomeDepot – Craig Menear – I ordered a Refrigerator from your Roanoke, VA story on Hershberger Rd on March 11th

I ordered a Refrigerator from your Roanoke, VA story on Hershberger Rd on March 11th. It was to be delivered today 3/24/2020 to our house. We got a call during the delivery time that the delivery company would leave the refrigerator on the porch but would not come bring the Refrigerator inside. This was very upsetting to me, we have been without a refrigerator now for almost two weeks, and my foot is in a walking boot due to an injury so I am in no position to carry the refrigerator inside. I support a family of 5 and during the quarantine I feel that delivery and hook up would be an essential service. The delivery service recommended I call a moving company to bring it inside which would cost around $200+. Which does not make sense that they feel its okay for someone else to bring it inside but not them. I do understand the risk this would be the delivery service due to Covid-19. However I look at this service as something similar to plumbing or electrician's services. Plus to get a call the same day as delivery is an unacceptable business practice. My hope is that your team can address this issue and understand that your customers need your services now more than ever. Thank you for your time.
