I was offered a position with another company and was given basically one week to accept and start the job I had to be fingered printed, background checked, have my photo taken and attend my orientation it all was done on a day that I was off from home depot which was 5 days out of 7 after 2 years of employment, as well just to find out that I was given another start date and this pressured me to give my resignation to home depot on the same day of my last work day, now 1 month later I find out that home depot has reported that I was terminated, I want to know why what reason can you give to me for the termination please explain, I will also be contacting a lawyer for discussion about this matter.
