I will be taking Home Depot to Small Claims Court for resolution of my issue if not completed by end of this week. A Ryobi tractor was never delivered to my home and after multiple (1hr plus wait times) and promises of call backs from manager no one has contacted me. You promptly took my money and claim the logistics company delivered it. THEY DID NOT! I no longer want it (and will try not to use HD any longer) and want my money back. The original order no was WA85238790. The case no is 18797515. Your people say I must contact some logistics company - I WILL NOT THAT IS YOUR ISSUE!The amount to be refunded will be 2599 plus tax and shipping.
