I'm sending this message to you in the hope that I will receive some definite answers and help. I visited the Towson MD location 3/9/18 and purchased 6 doors. the storm door was paid in full and since it was available it was installed within a week. I was also offered the opportunity to open a line of credit to pay for the interior doors because the size was off by 1inch I was told I would have to pay an additional $100 per door have them special made, because "the installers cant trim the doors being sold on the floor". It is now 5/8/19 and not only have I not received the doors but I am being harassed about the credit card payment including late fees. Everytime I call the store no two people say the say thing, one person tells me to call back, another says its on the way. another says the delay is held up by the manufacturer someone else blames it on shipping. Ive already made $400 payment to the credit company to keep my credit in good standing. This is very frustrating and depressing. Ive been a very loyal customer and am at my wits end. PLease help me get to the bottom of this delay its going on 2 monts.
