Mr. Menear thank you for taking the time to read my email. I don’t know what else to do or who else to call so I decided to take it to people that can hear me and help me. I can begin by saying I am not happy at all with the service my husband and I have received from home depot. We are remodeling our home so my husband said let’s get our appliances through home depot so on September 2, 2018 we placed an order for a microwave, stove, refrigerator and wine refrigerator. The first item we got was the wine refrigerator delivered to our home. Mr. Craig and Ms. Ann-Marie the package looked like it was thrown into the truck and the item was falling out the bottom of the box. My husband opened the package and the item was damaged. My husband called the number on the invoice of the manufacture and can you believe they told him why was he calling them that he had to call home depot and the run around began. My husband then called the home depot store we deal with and spoke with the Manager by the name of Angela. She told him to bring in the item. He did and they had one in the store and when also open it was damaged as well. So now we have paid for shipping and my husband had to take the item to the store and the ones there were also damaged (scratched and dented). That is bad service from the supplier and it’s giving Home Depot a bad name. Moving on to our second problem, our microwave, stove and refrigerator was delivered on September 10th, well the two gentlemen were not professional at all. Refusing to bring in the appliances and stating that if the walls or appliance get scratched it will be on us. Is this the way anyone should represent home depot? We paid for delivery and installation. Well neat less to say my husband had to install the appliances. Well the refrigerator never made it in the house because it was damaged so they had to take it and have another one ordered. On September 15, 2018 I waited in my house all day for the 2nd delivery of the refrigerator and when the delivery finally came a little after 6pm the box was open the 2nd refrigerator was also damaged. This is so unacceptable not only from the suppliers but also from home depot. I am so disappointed and upset that I just want all the appliances picked up and I will order elsewhere. I have been without a refrigerator for 8 days. I am so upset and tired of dealing with all the mess and unprofessional people. As of September 17, 2018, 10:57am we still don’t have a delivery date for the 3rd refrigerator. I am so frustrated, upset and disappointed.
Mr. Craig or Ms. Ann-Marie can you please help me with this situation. I know it’s not the store problem and it’s a bad look on home depot.
