Apologies for contacting you directly, but after 10 days of trying to get a response no one will return my inquiry (email, text, social media). Phone calls have a 45 minute wait when I call. I work and canât wait for that long.
I received a note saying an order had been delivered, however only 2 of the 3 items were delivered. Order # is W952555188. The delivery was for 2 potted plants (both received) and a four pack of geraniums. I did not receive the geraniums. I either would like the geraniums or a refund back to my card.
Twenty percent of working Americans are on unemployment. I imagine they would be happy to have a job providing excellent customer service. You should have CSR reps taking remote calls and answering emails from home. I shouldnât have to hunt down a CEOs name to get a refund on a pack of geraniums. Please make this right and address this issue immediately.
