Mr Menear,
I received a letter from The Home Depot Card Services Unit dated December 27, 2018 informing me effective 12/26/2018 that my credit card account had been closed. I followed the instruction per the letter to request a statement in writing of specific reasons for the action taken. I submitted my letter of request on 1/3/2019. I was to receive a written response within 30 days. As of today 2/18/2019, I have not gotten a written response. This is my reason for contacting you. Your response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Maurice
