Order WD52945519 was TWO WEEKS in the process. Within an hour of picking it up I was talking to an apologetic world headquarters CS agent. She seemed frustrated that a defective produce was shipped. She promised a replacement would arrive in 3 to 5 days. Five days later and the order has yet to be acknowledged.

You can do better. Your employees WANT to do better. They need to know that support services corporate has established a reliable network that SERVES customers and about which employees can be PROUD.

It will be interesting to see if this email is acknowledged.
