This is my fourth order of the Yorkhill Laminate Flooring with underlayment, quarter round and transitions. Every time I place an order and pick it up, it's a long drawn out process. The last order I picked up was shrink wrapped on a pallet as requested. Unfortunately, I had to make a return trip because the order wasn't correct. With all due respect, doing business with the Home Depot store in Pasadena #0565 is always so difficult. In addition, to eliminate some of these issues, I've placed my last two orders on line. It's much easier but, I couldn't use my coupon or my 10% veteran discount. I was told I would need to have the store provide the discount and correct my order? Every aspect of the process is always so difficult. I don't understand?

Is it to much to ask to have my order correctly pulled and shrink wrapped on a pallet? Is it to much to ask for my 10% veteran discount and to have my bill corrected before I pick up my order? If it's not, I would appreciate it greatly! Moreover, I would appreciate if one of the store managers from the Home Depot store in Pasadena #0565 could call me when my order is ready to pick up as requested and my 10% veteran discount has been applied.
