David and Marney Rapoza sent a message to Craig Menear that said:
We recently sent a letter directed to your attention regarding a very unsatisfactory experience that we had with three projects we did with Home Depot. We were later advised that letters written to you go to Customer Service. After two weeks of waiting, we have been advised that they are not sure where the letter is. We desperately need some help. We were told by the Operations Manager in the store that we worked with that this letter will never reach you. I hope that is not true.
