Ruwan sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:
Honorable Sir,
Greetings from Maldives!
I am a Sri Lankan working in Maldives.
I purchased 2 Units ( for me for my Son. ) of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge thru my friend in Dubai last July.
On our Vacation in August we experience the luxury of same. Thanks for your Esteemed Establishment for such Quality Devise that is my background.
Now to my Query -
On an excursion while refreshing in a stream i took some photographs all were on Top Quality But my Son's Phone gave difficulties to switch ON.
After thorough clean, we put it on Charger presuming the Battery ran off.
So it was charged but there was a Vertical Purple Line on right side from top to bottom.
Since Next day morning it was dead couldn't put it ON again.
My friend took it back to Dubai filed a Complaint to EMAX where he purchased it.
Mow today he said that EMAX has asked Dirhams 2000 to REPAIR ( what he purchased for 2849 ) and THOUGH it's under Warranty, IT WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
Sir, please help me.
Above is my e-mail Mobile Number
Awaiting your most kind Professional Advise to get my S7 back which is nearly of my 2months Salary.
Want to thank you in advance your valuable assistance.
With Warmest Regards,
Ruwan.
