Hope your email responses are better than trying to call your customer service phone number. Waited over 45 minutes and with no hold music or sound, I was not confident anyone at that point was going to answer the phone.

Product option to purchase: Online and at store ( not marked as online only)
Price online: $48.00
Price at store apparently : $129.99.
Issue: Gamestop.com allows you to reserve the product for store pick up at $48.00
Stores employees have no clue in how to get the product for the price offered( false advertisement)
Both Houston Rd and Mall Rd (not inside mall) did not offered any help or remediation to honor the price. Did not even do any research to find out how they could help. Sad specially when I spend average of $350 monthly on your stores.
It is the first time I encounter such lack of effort to help a customer. I want to know what GameStop is going to do to ensure I can get the item at the store for the online price. Please note there is no disclosure provided on the item nor on the description stating this is online only and the price at the store is higher
Have reserved dozens of items online at a price and it has always being honored.
I have worked on Client Experience for over 10 years and know the importance of Net Promoter Scores. I bet the 1 question survey offer on your recording is related to NPS. With social media, companies Net Promoter Scores have had a hard hit just by a few detractors. I dont want to become a detractor. I want to restore my faith in GameStop and continue to support your business.
The only thing I ask, honor the online price at the store. Does not say online only, does not have any remarks or restrictions.
