I applauded your efforts in to turning a bad situation into a better one. I am a woman, an African American woman and the way this country and it's people have treated African Americans has been nothing worst then HELL!. I would love the opportunity to meet with you and share some ideas on how Starbucks could be the leading company in the racist war that we as American struggle with. Having a diverse training really doesn't do much believe me I live in this mess everyday. It's a start. We have to start making people accountable and responsible for how we act and live. My experiences has come from 45 years of my life living thru this.
I know this is slim to none chance of you reading this, but I really would like to help. I am tried of living like we do! I love everyone and want the same in return. Â
We hear racist words on TV we live this in our lives. It has to stop and if Starbuck one single company can turn America around I say : Let's Do it together.
