I went to make a withdraw from my HSA account today only to find out YOUR BANK put a hold on my account 18 months ago due to a red flag and NEVER IMFORMED and now I am being told it will be more than 10 days to get my money while your bank verifies my identity and Rachel Blankenship says that she is the highest authority at the bank that will talk to me about this matter. I think 5?3 is just trying to make it difficult for a working person to get their money. Please help me resolve this matter. I have no way of knowing if this message is working so I will assume if I do not get a response by COB tomorrow that this message either did not get to you or you are unable or unwilling to help and I will start to involve the banking regulators in this matter. I would prefer that a path would let me get a check sent out TOMORROW. Thanks for your consideration.
