Hi Sir,
I wanted to bring to your notice i had with adidas India and the customer care
1. I order for Adidas 2 T.shirts and 1 Shorts on 13th June , Received SMS for the same
2. On 17th June Received SMS also stating its dispatched
3. after that we didt receive any message taught because of Coronavirus and Lockdown situation there could be a delay so was waiting ,
4. Suddenly on July 1st when checked the status showed as delivered but no SMS received
Have send 2 to 3 mails and today from customer care we received it was a lady who called us she was very rude she told to my dad stating its our mistake for not checking we asked why it was deleivered to a wrong adress still she said its not there mistake its my mistake we should only take care nothing cane be done
She also said do whatever you want nothing can be done
ADIDAS is such a renewed company did't think i will have such a bad experiance Monay is not a problem but the respect we have for adidas i think we are loosing the hope.
