I need your help in resolving my problem.
I purchased an LG open box washing machine on 2/4/16.
Since the machine couldn't be delivered within 3 days, I had to push out the delivery because I was called out of town.
The delivery was scheduled for 2/19/16.
The nightmare begins:
I have already been billed for this machine on my credit card......I have no machine and no one knows where it is!!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!! I want a machine delivered to my house today!!!!
