I accidentally sent an incomplete email. When I called the Van Nuys Burbank stores to confirm that I could buy the Mobile Medical Alert system I saw advertised on your Internet site I was told that it could only be purchased on line because it wasn't on their store lists. So I asked why that was not stated in the ad and was misinformed by Burbank that if it was on the Internet that meant it had to be bought online. After I hung up I realized that many store sold items are advertised on line. I suggested that the on line ads should specify when items could only be ordered on line, but I had no confidence he would communicate that. So I am writing instead.
