I am 68 years old and have been a customer of Macy's since the store came to our area. This past week I have experienced quite a bit of difficulty with my account. It was paid in full by my bank electronically. I have received very disturbing calls from the Phillipines and mor hassle in the last two days My bank now tells me the the payment was refused because they could not find the account and they are returning the payment. PLEASE HELP ME! I am ready to cancel my account!!!
