I am a 72 year old retired individual with M.S. My shipment of MS medication was to arrive here today. We have been informed, after contacting Customer Service that my medication was sent to the wrong city. This city is only 2 to 3 hours from here. We informed them that this medication is refrigerated and would they send it over to this location ASAP. Customer Service said, no, that I would have to order a new shipment. That means I will have to wait until Monday. I am out of my medication, why are they forcing me to wait and jeopardizing my health? Can you help me?
