I am a 72 year old widow living in South Carolina trying to return to my family in Pennsylvania. I have a buyer, Joseph, for my home who is financing through your company, Fifth First, and have found a home in Pennsylvania. We had a contract with a closing date of October 31. It was originally handled by a gentleman named Keith in Florida who told my realtor that it was being delayed due to the hurricane, even though I had no damage to my house and it was appraised after the hurricane. Keith has now left the company and April is our contact person. She has said that it will not close now until the end of November. If we do not close before November 18th I will lose the house in Pennsylvania and will not be able to go through with the sale of my home in SC. Keith did not get this closed on time and we have been unsuccessful in getting this closed by November 18th. Can you do anything to help?
