I am a BBVA Compass bank customer. I have tried to reset my online account – Francisco Gonzlez email address

Kolleen sent a message to Francisco González Chairman and CEO, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, SA that said:

I am a BBVA Compass bank customer. I have tried to reset my online account password on multiple occasions and I am having no luck. I called the 800 number 6 times and my call would be dropped. I was finally able to get through and was given a temporary password, but the password does not work. I called again, again i was dropped. I attempted 4 times to "online chat" before i finally received a response only to be told that someone would call me. I really need to access my account because i am concerned about some transactions yet customer service is a joke!! I just wanted to let you know that there are multiple issues with online information and access that have been present since day one and I think that I will change to another bank!!
