I am a CenturyLink customer who has for the past couple of days received the run around by your technical support team, technician and customer service representatives on numerous occasions. All I asked that my wifi services are properly working and validated as the technician should have verified prior to his departure yesterday. Also, since your company and employees appear to be liars and failed to provide true customer satisfaction, I require a credit to my bill for a month. Look foward to your resolution regarding this matter, Mr. Glenn F. Post III.
