I am a commercial Cleaning business owner for over 15 years. I have found to my dissatifaction, that after using your mop bucket product. There is a poor functiningspring on the wringer.The sprig breaks! I have purchased over 20 mop buckets with this problem. Either you shold get a better metal for the spring or redesign the wringer in some way. I find that they dont last over a year. this is un acceptable for a commercial operation. I would like to be reimbursed for the malfunctioing tension spring on those wringers.Will you help me?
