I am a current employee of pizza hut on suspension pending termination due to background check. I was open and honest about having felony convictions before hire and upon hire I was suppose to be hired as shift lead and was hired as a cook while background check was pending. My last felony conviction was over 9 years ago. I feel that this is a form of discrimination. Could I please receive a call to discuss this issue.
