I am a customer of bbt recently i had some over sea fraudlent charges – Kelly S King email address

I am a customer of bbt recently i had some over sea fraudlent charges disputed and they gave me the money back. after that whatever the merchant was must have refunded them charges also. Keep in mind there were many many charges so i thought they found more and they were froom the bank as it did not say anything about a refund or reversal. Anyhow i got a letter in the mail saying they would be taking that money out now its the end of the month and i had rent to pay ect so i called and said i would pay it in 2 weeks and even then i was putting in any left over money i had to quickly try to pay it off well thenthe $8 a day charges came and there responce was well they saved me the embarrasment of wrighting a bad check or making a bad purchase HELLO i didnt make any purtchases this was all because of those fraudlent charges n refunds i am not paying over $100 in your fees because of this it was no fault of my own and this is out right stealing money i have alr contacted the BBB and it will go further they refuse to take those $8 a day fees off and i refuse to pay it i will pay what was refunded and that is it someone needs to look into this because this is bad practice not only are you facing a class action lawsuit soon because of these bad practices your taking money away from a mother with 5 children because of your greed someone needs to address what will be done because like i said i will gladly come in and pay WHAT I OWE but i am not paying the $8 fee everyday
