I am a customer of Century Link. I have tried calling multiple times, waiting for hours, and not receiving assistance. Most recently I wrote an extensive email detailing issues I am having and received a response saying to call the company. Since I have tried this over 4 times at a cost of over 6 hours of my time to get no resolution I decided to contact you to see if you can link me up with someone who can help me. From my initial order everything was messed up and we can't seem to get it straight. I'd appreciate your help getting customer service that can actually address my issues (charged for services not ordered, services being cut without authorization, reps telling me I had to send proof of order in which I did and then not receiving any follow-up, etc.). Thank you for your help!
