I am a customer of Kohls in Bakersfield Ca. I spend hundreds of dollars per year at Kohls and was so humiliated today by your security person. I put a small box of a tanning items in my cart, along with $200.00 worth of clothing. My intention was to find out the price of the tanning items, due to them not being marked. When I checked out, It slipped my mind that I hadn't priced them nor paid for them. So I walked out of the store and a security person approached me accusing me of taking the items, I am a 57 year old college graduate who earns enough money to purchase most items Kohls carries. I have been pre-occupied with a daughter having difficulties recovering from surgery and realize I made a mistake. But at this time I will no longer do business with the Kohls cooperation.
