Tammi Kost sent a message to William H. Spence - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PPL Corporation - Email Address that said:

I am a customer of PPL. For 4 months your people have been estimating my bill because of a bad meter. I have called, emailed gone on facebook notified the PUC. Each person tells me they are forwarding to the metering dept. but as of today, 10/13 I have not heard a thing nor have I been notified of them coming to change out my meter. From what one of the Customer service people told me they put a work order in July (my bills have been estimated since June) here I still sit with nothing being done.
