Hugh sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. CEO, SunTrust Banks, Inc. that said:

I am a customer of SunTrust Bank on Lake Washington in Melbourne, Fl. I have approximately $500,000 in 4 accounts. Today I received a notice, from your Corporate office, that there is a hold on the last account that I established. This is contrary to the information that I previously received from the branch. Corporate has refused to send me notification(e-mail, fax, etc.) that the hold has been released. I want written notification today from the Corporate office that the hold that they advised me was in effect has been released. I do not want this notification to come from the branch. If I do not have this notification today then tomorrow 25February2015 I will be withdrawing all of my monies from Sun Trust and closing my accounts. The branches go the extra mile to establish a relationship with your customers and all it takes is 5 minutes for corporate to ruin it. I have advised a person, who identified herself as Triana of this matter and the actions that I intend to take. I was advised that I could not speak to your offices or the person who initiated the hold.
