Bought Microsoft 950 xl mobile MEI no 351832070619003 . in march 2016. Mobile stop working 26/nov/2016.
Gave to customer care with job sheet 813.
Now 85 days passed.
no servicing or replacement So far., that too in warranty period.
I think this poor after sales service put for the failure of your mobile business in India.
I am a senior Citizen desperately need mobile in this digital age.
Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem either by Good service or by Refunding my money back
